Families from Bo’s Place recently gathered in the Bo’s Place dining room for a special dinner and cooking demonstration by Chef David Cordúa, made possible by the support of the CEO Foundation. The evening began with a delicious buffet of exciting foods that Chef Cordúa describes as feeling like a warm hug.
After enjoying dinner and dessert, families were treated to an interactive cooking demonstration, learning about everything from how to make butter to braising short ribs. Chef Cordúa had the whole crowd engaged as he walked through his demo with humor, heart, and a whole lot of flavor.
Beyond the food, what made the night so special was simply being together-families laughing, kids helping Chef prepare empanadas, and everyone leaving with full bellies and big smiles.
A huge thank you to Chef Cordúa and the CEO Foundation for making this night possible and reminding us that cooking is about so much more than what’s on the plate — it’s about the people you share it with!
